We believe that giving your team an opportunity to talk about their personal difficulties and learning to auto reflect to start making their own steps to change what is bothering them can only be beneficial for everyone.
It helps them to become the best version of themselves.
It’s not the intention to focus on work issues especially, but on patterns that keep on repeating in one’s life.
We propose to start with group webinars,
divided in 3 sessions of 30 minutes each,
in groups of 3 to 4 participants,
on the following subjects:

Having a sense of purpose in life is an increasing need for many people and has a direct impact on one's motivation at work.

After that, one could choose to continue with private coaching sessions, or not, to work on a specific thematic that is repeating in their life and to start making their steps in the direction they decide, to reach less inner friction and more harmony.

The Life Changing Coaching can be done in person or online.

At least a percentage of that price must always be paid by the receivers themselves; this is important for self-motivation.
The company, NGO or association could choose to pay a part of it.
Letting your employees learn these movements through 4 x 3h lessons spread over 2 months’ time, in groups of max 4 people,
is a great gift to help them relax, take time for themselves, taking care of their body and mind,
These movements help to keep in shape with an added an energetic value.
Between each class and after the workshop, it’s recommended to practice these movements several times a week.
Some teams decide to practice these movements together before or after their working hours, which is also great for teambuilding!
It’s important that each participant pays a minimum fee for one self’s learning of these movements. This is a personal investment in oneself. The company could choose to help by providing the space and travelling fees if needed, and/or paying a part of the fee of the workshop.

We could offer Reiki Treatments to your team, to let them experience a moment of self-healing and relaxation and feel the Reiki Energy. And then let anyone who wishes to follow a 2 days Reiki Initiation 1st Degree.

Once initiated, one becomes able to offer Reiki treatments to others (for energy exchange, which money also is).
So you could choose to implement it at work, for example Reiki Friday where employees have the possibility to receive a Reiki treatment…given by one or some of your employee(s)!

Reiki is a great help to reduce stress and prevent or recover from burn-out.
It helps among others with insomnia, physical pains and an initiation also helps in our relationship with ourselves and with others.
Receiving Reiki is a free personal choice and can’t be imposed. Therefore, it’s important that each person pays a minimum fee for one self’s treatment or Initiation. The company could choose to help by providing the space and travelling fees if needed, and/or paying a part of the fee of the treatment or initiation.
