“Through various experiences in different areas, from bio-engineering studies to ecological farming and teaching, from travelling to settling down, I was always looking for something different, feeling I was missing something in life. I wondered what I really wanted, who I really was and what I was meant to do here on Earth. Eventually, in 2018, I was led to Lisa Lux from the Academy of the 13 Essenian Arts of Healing, thanks to many synchronicities, and was invited to become a Teaching Essenian Master and Teaching Reiki Master. I had my doubts at first about starting on this path, as I had never seen myself as a healer and had very little confidence in myself. However, from the first contact with Lisa, my heart told me straight away this was the path I had been waiting for all this time. This is how, with the help of Lisa’s teachings (and patience!), the channelings, Reiki and Essenian Healings, I started to get to know myself better, to become closer and closer to my true-self and to work hard on my own negative patterns, including my low self-confidence, my tendency to push my will on to others and my wanting to control everything. One of my biggest learnings was “you can’t give to others what you don’t give to yourself. This is a big illusion!” Learning to work on myself and to take care of myself first, to be able to help others. To stop wanting to play the savior and to respect other people's free will in all kinds of ways. I continue this inner work every day, "pealing my onion" ;)
